THIS IS AN EXTREMELY RARE WEYMANN Co. ALL WOODEN TENOR BANJO, circa 1920s, PHILADELPHIA.
RESTORATIONS TO DATE = REPLACED WITH PERIOD GEARS x 4, and SOME PARTS, AND SET-UP. IT SEEMS TO HAVE NO CRACKS AT ALL but for some tiny line cracks, now Glued + Patched, above the sound hole.. SCALE = 22.0 inches. THE NECK ANGLE LOOKS GOOD AND THE NECK IS ALSO STRAIGHT.
